Shipping Policy

At Calming Crystal Reiki, we take care to ensure your crystal products and artwork are packaged safely and delivered to you as quickly as possible. Please review our shipping guidelines below before placing your order.

1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 3-5 business days after payment has been received.

  • Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.

  • If we experience a high volume of orders, processing times may be slightly delayed. We will notify you by email if there is a significant delay.

 
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

  • We use trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx for shipping.

  • Delivery times vary by location, typically arriving within 5-10 business days after processing.

  • Expedited shipping may be available at checkout for an additional cost.

 
3. Shipping Rates
​

  • Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout based on order weight, size, and destination.

  • Free shipping may be offered on orders over a specified amount (if applicable).

 
4. Domestic & International Shipping

  • We currently ship within the United States.

  • International shipping options may be added in the future; any additional customs fees or import taxes will be the buyer’s responsibility.

 
5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email to monitor your package’s journey.

  • Please allow up to 24-48 hours for tracking information to update after shipment.

 
6. Damaged or Lost Packages
​

  • We take great care in packaging items securely. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days with photos of the packaging and product.

  • For lost or delayed packages, please reach out to the shipping carrier first using your tracking number. If additional assistance is needed, contact us at 1465 Kelly Johnson Boulevard, #240, Colorado Springs, CO, USA.

 
7. Returns & Exchanges

  • Due to the unique and energetic nature of our crystal products, all sales are final unless the item is damaged in transit.
