At Calming Crystal Reiki, we strive to ensure every client has a positive and fulfilling experience. This Refund Policy outlines our guidelines for service appointments and crystal product purchases.

1. Services

Our services include Reiki sessions, Tuning Fork Sound Healing, and Long Distance Reiki.

• Non-Refundable Services:
  Once a service has been provided, it is non-refundable due to the time and energy invested in your session.

• Cancellations & Rescheduling:

  • If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed appointments may be subject to a cancellation fee or forfeiture of prepaid sessions.

• Late Arrivals:
  If you arrive late, your session may be shortened out of respect for the next client’s appointment time. The full session fee will still apply.

2. Crystal Products and Artwork

Each crystal and piece of artwork is unique and carefully packaged to ensure it arrives safely.

• All Sales Are Final:
  Due to the energetic and unique nature of crystals, all sales are final and non-refundable.

• Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • Include clear photos of the packaging and item.

  • We will work with you to offer a replacement or store credit, depending on availability.

3. Digital Products or Gift Cards (If Offered)

• Digital products and gift cards are non-refundable once delivered.
